Time for another cruise!!  Some of you have just enjoyed the ZONC/NSXCA trip to Hearst Castle and already there is another weekend event on the horizon.  This time the trip is to Antelope Valley to visit the Blackbird Air Park and the Antelope Valley Poppy Reserve.

There are going to be to be two starting points for this trip, one here at Z Car Garage for the bay area members, and the another at a restaurant in Sacramento for the central valley participants.  The drive is set to take place on a few back country highways if the weather permits and lodging is available through a ZONC package for those interested in staying with the group.

There are is a limited amount of rooms available so act fast.  Contact Ann Devor at (925) 943-1173 or anndevor@gmail.com.  Click on the flier at the top or head over to the ZONC website for more info.

Long Live the Z!

ZONC and NSX Cruise to Hearst Castle

That’s right!  Valentine’s day is hear already which means that the trip to Hearst Castle with the Z Owners of Northern California (ZONC) and the NSX club of America (NSXCA) is taking place this weekend.  Hopefully the event will have a nice turnout even though the rainy weather and the Valentine’s weekend hotel rush are trying to put a damper on things.  A couple of us here at ZCG were able to get in at the last minute due to a few cancellations.

I will be updating the blog with photos and what-not by early next week so that everyone will be able to participate in the good times.  DRIVE SAFELY EVERYONE!

American Le Mans Series at Laguna Seca

by Forbes @ 5:26 pm on October 23, 2008

We had a great time out at Laguna Seca this last weekend.  Thanks to all who came out to support Z.O.N.C. and show their Z cars.  There was a great turn out at the corral and it was nice to see G35s and G37s join the group.  The races themselves left something to be desired due to the fact that every on track event was hampered by multiple cautions, sometimes without a full green flag lap between them.  Enjoy the pictures and hopefully we will have an even bigger turnout next year with some more exciting racing.

The ALMS race is tomorrow and the Z Car Corral is going to be located right around turn 5.  We are going to be bringing out a few cars so stop by and say hello.  I will also be taking pictures of the entire weekend so expect to see them up here soon (as if I don’t have enough photos to edit already.)  Be safe and have fun!!
