Our last major update on Alan E’s G35 was in 2009 when he made the jump to forced induction with a full Vortech supercharger install + supporting mods. Alan recently came back to ZCG for more power upgrades since we all know that boost is addictive!
We installed ART pipes to complement the upgraded exhaust system:
A 2.87 pulley generates more boost along with uprated 650cc injectors and an Aeromotive 340LPH fuel pump:

The initial build several years ago produced 417hp/320tq at the wheels:
With the current mods and Rob’s tuning, the G now produces 457hp/351tq to the wheels!

Happy Friday! Here are 2 vintage photos of 510s from Georgia. The photo above was taken at Road Atlanta in the 80’s. You might recognize blue the Dime on the left, it is none other than Turbo 6. Thanks to Jonathan S for sending these nostalgic pictures!
Above right shows Turbo6 just before it was delivered to ZCG in 2011. We look forward to giving you an update on its restoration as re-painting is nearly complete. Catch more progress pics HERE. So, with Turbo 6 and the Box Flare turbo 510 here are more Georgia 510s making their way to California? You bet! This yellow 4-door 510 also came from Georgia last month and we can’t wait to get it back on the road running in prime condition. Here are a few teaser pics stay tuned for a full report next week!
Jerry owns this sweet Daytona Blue Z33. He did his own Vortech supercharger install and came to Z Car Garage for some final sorting/tuning. We cleaned up some wiring, changed the spark plugs and got the Z running well so Jerry could start Enjoying the Ride with 388hp/353tq to the wheels!
Dailey A is an auto-tech school student and came to Z Car Garage because he wanted his SR20 powered (S13)240sx to be a reliable daily driver. The car needed sorting and had its share of issues. We took care of intercooler leaks and sloppy work performed by the PO like a damaged gas tank. Upgrades included a Z32 MAF, JWT ECU, GReddy FMIC, and an Aeromotive 340 fuel pump:
