I was given a disc with some unknown ZCG pictures over the weekend so I figured I would give them a look today.  Lo and behold (yes that is the correct spelling of ‘Lo’) there were never before seen Follow the 370z Tour photos that were taken here at Z Car Garage on the CD.  Below are a few photos that I have chosen to share with the masses.  I hope you enjoy them.

Datsun Roadster Classic April 24th-25th

by Forbes @ 5:12 pm on February 26, 2009

One coolest shows on the west coast, as far as classic Datsuns are concerned, is taking place once again in Solvang, CA at the end of April.  I know it’s mainly a Roadster event but there is a category in the show for other Datsuns (Zs, 510s, etc.)  It is definitely something you should check out if you are into Nissan’s heritage and the ZCG faithful will be out in force to show off their prized possessions.

This show is very much a get together of old friends and enthusiasts alike and I would strongly encourage those who have never been to give it shot.  The area around Solvang is beautiful this time of year and who better to enjoy it with than a couple hundred of you closest Datsun friends.

For more information make sure you check out the main web page for this event at SolvangShow.com.  There are a ton of pictures from years past as well as event information and a history of the show and is definitely worth looking at.

Long Live the Z, but Roadsters are pretty cool too.

Thanks for the heads up Alvin.

ZONC and NSX Cruise to Hearst Castle

That’s right!  Valentine’s day is hear already which means that the trip to Hearst Castle with the Z Owners of Northern California (ZONC) and the NSX club of America (NSXCA) is taking place this weekend.  Hopefully the event will have a nice turnout even though the rainy weather and the Valentine’s weekend hotel rush are trying to put a damper on things.  A couple of us here at ZCG were able to get in at the last minute due to a few cancellations.

I will be updating the blog with photos and what-not by early next week so that everyone will be able to participate in the good times.  DRIVE SAFELY EVERYONE!
